THE MULTIPLICATION BLESSING (PART 1)

¹¹ And God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind, on the earth.” And it was so. ¹² The earth brought forth vegetation, plants yielding seed according to their own kinds, and trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.

²¹ So God created the great sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarm, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. ²² And God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.”

Brethren, I share with you a message from my mentor Pastor Jentezen Franklin of Free Chapel. This is a two-part series. In this message he shares with us that from the beginning God created things to multiply because he placed seeds in them. Therefore, it is God’s will that you and I also multiply in our marriage, business, career, family life, peace, joy, kindness, goodness, etc. Let us listen to this great message and be encouraged by it. Find below some key points of his sermon.

Key Points:

1. Don’t let anything limit your God-given ability to multiply. What God has put in you cannot be stopped by any other outside force. God had given you the ability to multiply from the inside out, not the outside in. Your blessing is not “out there.” Everything God needs for a miracle is already inside of you!
2. Pour it, don’t hoard it. When you pour out what God has put in you, it will multiply. Pour out what is inside of you. Whatever God puts in you, He will always pull out in a greater measure.The seed for multiplication is already in you.
3. You’re insignificant, but God is magnificent! To know how big God is, you must know how small you are.You might feel insignificant, but the God in you is very significant. Little is much when you put it in God’s hands.
4. God blesses fruit. God is more interested in what’s inside of you than what’s on the outside. Inside of you is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. When you pour out the fruit of the Spirit, God will pour it back into you. Don’t be all bark and no fruit. God can’t bless people without fruit. God always multiplies seed sown.
5. Your third coat is coming. Joseph’s brothers took the coat his father gave him, Potiphar’s wife took the coat when she accused him of rape, but then Pharaoh put a coat a favor on him that could never be taken from him. People can take your coat on the outside, but they can’t take the God who gave it to you! God is your source. God will restore double for your trouble if you’ll hold on!
6. God’s blessing makes you forget the pain and produce fruit. Every wicked plan against your life will fail. When God blesses you, it will multiply. The more people afflict you,the more God will cause you to multiply.

Final Thoughts:

It doesn't matter if you’re the only Christian in your family, school, or job. The seed for revival is already in you and the church. Pain may come, but the more people afflict you, the more you will multiply. Keep producing fruit, and God will multiply it in you! God will make you an asset owner, land possessor, and wise investor.
